  1. Contact AWP.Liftconnect@terex.com
  2. Request Genie Liftconnect API credentials for all your equipment.

At the end of the process, you will receive an e-mail with the below information:

Below are the ISO API credentials for the company account, and the Genie Lift Connect API manual.

Password:  xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Structure of credentials

Your Genie Liftconnect credentials are structured like this:

  • Username : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
  • Password : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

2. Enter your credentials on Hiboo’s platform

Enter your credentials on app.hiboo.io and click on connect

3. That’s it! Now just configure your inventory

In a few minutes, your equipment data will be visible on Hiboo’s platform
