Get your API credentials from

1. Contact your dealership.

2. Request your API Certiq Gold credentials for all your equipment. You will receive identifiers to sign in to :

  • The Telematics Portal :  keep the Username & Password
  • The Developer Portal : to retrieve Subscription key

3. Retrieve Subscription key :

  1. Sign in to Developper Portal
  2. Reach PRODUCTS > Certiq Gold > Add Subscritpion
  3. Click Confirm
  4. Reach PRODUCTS > Certiq Gold
  5. Click Product Certiq Gold subscription
  6. Get the sequence next to Primary Key by clicking on "Show" ⇒ this is your Subscription key
  7. Sign in to Hiboo's platform
  8. Go to catalog and enter your Username, Password & Subscription key in the Epiroc card

Structure of credentials

Your API credentials are structured like this :

  • Username : [email]
  • Password : xxxxxxxx
  • Subscription key : alphanumeric sequence (numbers & letters)

2. Enter your credentials on Hiboo’s platform

Enter your credentials on app.hiboo.io and click on connect

3. That’s it! Now just configure your inventory

In a few minutes, your equipment data will be visible on Hiboo’s platform
