Lheureux Location is a construction-equipment rental group for the civil-engineering (BTP) sector. The group rents out and maintains a fleet of machines subject to strict regulatory obligations and to growing customer expectations around transparency and environmental performance.
For more than 10 years, Lheureux Location had used a geolocation system based on SIM-card units installed manually on each machine. This setup gave access neither to engine data, nor to technical information, nor to consumption indicators.
In parallel, document management, VGP, compliance certificates, service logs, relied on manual processes. Documents were stored at the branch, sent by email or on paper, and inaccessible from the field. Regulatory deadlines were tracked with no automation, with a constant risk of delay.

Lheureux Location chose Hiboo to centralize machine data and digitize its operational and regulatory processes on a single platform.
Each machine is equipped with a QR code linked to its Hiboo record. A scan from a smartphone gives access to compliance documents, VGP history, and technical status, with no app to install.
Documents are synchronized in real time. VGP deadlines trigger automatic alerts, allowing the workshop to schedule interventions ahead of time with no risk of regulatory overrun.
Alerts will come directly from the machines' hour meters. The workshop receives precise diagnostics before intervening, which reduces unplanned downtime and improves machine availability.
