Create an intervention from a document
An invoice, a repair report, a sheet: the information is already there. So don't type it again.
What's new:
From the intervention creation flow, upload the document. Hiboo reads it with Mistral's AI 🇫🇷 🇪🇺, extracts the information, and pre-fills the fields. You check, adjust, save; the document stays attached to the intervention.

Zero double entry, fewer misses, and a complete maintenance history where every intervention points back to its source document.
Voice typing
In the field, typing a note takes time. Speaking doesn't.
What's new:
A Dictate button appears in text fields. Tap, speak: your voice becomes text. No setup, it's your device's own speech recognition.
What it means for you
Reports that are faster to write, and so more complete, to detail an intervention or report an issue without reaching for the keyboard.
